Private company - authorized capital

15 August 2014 It seems for small private company the ROC fees is same whether it is incorporated with 1 lac authorized capital or 10 lac authorized capital. Still why do private companies go for authorized capital of less than 10 lacs?

ROC fees is not same for both kind of authorised capital. Please check again.

Thanks for your post.

I checked INC-7 which gives various slabs fees of ROC depending on Authorized capital mentioned in MOA. I have noticed that there is fixed charge of Rs.2000 for small company upto authorized capital of 10 Lacs.

Request you to correct me if I missing some point here.
