Prior permission from institute for industrial training

23 April 2014 On 10th April 2014, I completed two years of Articleship and I have got Form 109 signed by my principal on 19th April 2014 and that is also my last day as Article trainee. On 24th April 2014 I am going to Join for Industrial Training.
But, I haven't took prior permission from Institute to get terminated from Articleship and to join Industrial Training.
I spoke to Institute personnel over Phone and she told me to send a cover letter (along with Form 109) requesting for termination with the consent of principal on it.
She also said that I can even send Form 104 along with Form 109. Can I do so?

Please help me guys.

23 April 2014 actually yes. this is because regulation 56 cannot nullify provisions under industrial training. You can submit Form 104, 109 alongwith a cover letter in one go.

Actually you saved me from a big confusion.

And Tomorrow I am going to join for Industrial Training.
I thought of getting signed on Form 104 from my Industrial Trainer in next two days and send it to Institute on coming saturday along with Form 109 and cover letter.
I can do so right?
