Printer on rental

Hi, i want to know if we are giving printer on rental + per click charges basis (Maintenance,spares replacement, toner filled up by us) , under GST what is the tax rate?

If the printer is simple printer meaning it functions only as printer then rate is 18%. If the printer does more than one function like scanning and copying then rate is 28%
