Previous Bank Deposits and Cheques

We started maintaining accounts from last 3 Months.Now while reconciling bank accounts It is difficult for us to recognize Some of our deposits and cheques issued from our bank A/c.Kindly tell me where to show the unknown deposits and cheques as nobody exactly can recall what happened that time. kindly help.
