pREVALIDATION OF BANK A/C TO BE DONE BY ASSESSEE OR BANK. wHETHER IT IS MUST TO GET CREDIT OF INCOME TAX REFUND?

To be done by assessee in income tax portal after linking PAN with bank account,
for the later assessee has to approach the concerned bank.
