DEAR ALL,
CAN ANY BODY SAY, AN INDIVIDUAL HAVING INCOME FROM SHARE BROKING COMMISSION CAN FILE HIS RETURNS U/S 44AD @8%, FOR THE FY 2010-11-TOTAL INCOME COMMSION IS RS.2300000/-.

Recently the FM has clarified that 44AD shall not income commission .. please refer the same before taking a final stand on the same.. i am of the view the 44AD shall not be applicable to you..
