Prescrutiny error in form 8

When I am trying to file form 8 I am getting a prescrutiny error that the director signed the form is in default of filing B/s or Annual Return of a company. I would like to know how we can find which company he has done the default. At present he is a director of 15 companies and all have filed B/s and AR, but I don't understand how this error is coming.

Check 'company master data' ,through MCA portal, of all the 15 companies.
