03 December 2011 I want to know what is better own practice or job??? what are the pros and cons of practice and job???

Job:
1.Regular source of income by way of salary
2.If your efficiency is proved you may be elavated to higher position with increased salary and perquisites
3.As soon as you get the job your earnigs will start
4.one has to work delgintly
5.Job hopping can be done that is to say one may switch over to better job better salry and perks etc
Practice:
1.You have to pass gestation period that is you have to wait for few years to establish yourself as a good practioner
2.Regular income is not assured
3.You will have independently work naturally you will work hard to establish yourself.
