26 October 2013 I want to know what are the advantages and disadvantages practicing an CA in individual capacity and in proprietership firm.

26 October 2013 Practicing as ind or prop is one and same.

Adv is that u can get full control over all the activities u do, u can have ur own firm, u dont need to work under any1, u have freedom to start firm wherever u want , timmings u want to keep for ur firm etc as u will be ur own boss.

Disadv is that initially u have slog very hard for making clients, need to take very small work like data entry also u have to arrange for office , staff etc for all this it requires initial capital ect.
