21 September 2014 on PPF paper , SBI has put the stamsp pf deposit date is 4 th april 2014 . Can i claim in my return the ppf amount this date for the F.Y.2013-14 ?

21 September 2014 no you cannot. RBI amended the rules few years back regarding the credit to PPF account.
