11 January 2011 I would be obliged if any expert could let me know that whether a person representing a company can be changed in midst of an appeal or not? In other words whether a power of attorney given to anyone be revoked and another person be appointed in midst of an appeal before The CIT(Appeal)? If this is possible then what is the procedure for the same?
