hi frnds,
i want to do articleship under my sister but the prb is that although she is a partner in a ca firm she does not have any other articles registered under her so can i do articleship under her??
ALSO SHE HAS become a partner from 2nd jan 2012 this year ie she has not even completed 1 year of practise so can i do articleship under her??
KINDLY ANSWER BOTH THE QUESTION...

An associate or fellow in continuous practice for a minimum period up to 3 years is required for entitlement of article assistant.
