sir if a manpower draws 2 bill, 1 bill for remunerations of workers and 2nd for other charges.
2nd bill is actually have with amount of service tax and other charges but he did not mention service tax as rate but service tax return is regularly filed with. the precess of billing is correct if not should company recover any amount ?
