please don't tell the books i would like to have notes with lots of examples regaring minority interet & set off against majority interest. and many more regarding the holding company chapter notes & examples.

A Simple Advice, Take out some time and interest and read (i know that's boring- but no option).
What notes you will prepare, even if you do not refer during your exams, u will remember the same, instead reading the notes that others have prepared
