I am a M.Com and MBA in Finance with 5 yrs of work experience.Can you please let me know any diploma or other short term course in finance from reputed institute which will add value in job.

You can try IFRS certification course for value added

according to me you should go for ICWA. CWA have lot of opportunity in finance field.
short term courses dont give so much value/worth.
ICWA can be possiable with job.
you have a 5 years job experiance so your 3 years tranning in CWA will be exempted.
