21 November 2016 dear experts I am a ca final student passed group 2 in last attempt after appearing in 5 attempt. in nov 16 i appeared for group 1 but my exam was not so good except law. I am working in an organization from last 2.5 year. Now i want to switch to other organization.now please guide i switch the organization now or i wait for result .after being Qualified in next attempt i search for a new job.thanks in advance.

21 November 2016 Until your results are out, it is better to stick on with current employer, unless you feel that your continuation in the current organization is not possible. Post result you will know your exact position. Getting to know your exams did not go well, what if your new employer doesn't permit you to go on leave. At least you know to some extent how to handle your current employer. At the meantime keep giving interviews, if your results turn in your favor, take it as a blessing in disguise, otherwise time to ponder whether you should manage with current employer or move on to another organization. All the best for your next decisive move.
