My husband has switched job in January2011.He has not got form 16 from the previous company.Only proof of income from prev company is bank entry.But the present company details with form 16 is available. Please tell me if i can use the bank statement as proof of income for prev company.Also tell me while efiling how to submit form 16 and tax if any payable can be paid online.Please assisst

yes, you can considered the previous employee income on the basis of bank statement, and you also pay the income tax online,
