Mr x sold goods for Rs.100 (includes frieght Rs.10) to Mr.y and delivered on request on him at his home.
In above case what is place of delivery and removal....?
what is difference between POR and POD...?

You should mention in invoice that fright value will be encluddes in the assessable value then after payment of service tax you can take the cenvat credit.
