Whether following transaction is to be treated as interstate transaction If " A" in maharashtra is providing ony installation service to "B" of tamil nadu. Goods were purchasd by B of tamil nadu from " C" of tamil nadu. Invoice raised by " A" of maharashtra to "B" of tamil nadu for installation charges only. No goods are provided to B from A. What is the place of supply in such case for transaction between A and B.
