Dear sir,
I was working as an ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Unit Manager and my PE was also deduct from my salary.. after 1 year I reisgn my job. Company has uplod exitemployee details in their exitemployement website where I also can download PF withdrawal form butI cant know how much PF is available in my PF Account. and in PF withdrawl form there is a details about PF amount and advance stamped Receipt.
My query is :-
1. What I have to do next ?
2. Do I send PF withdrawl from without knowing about my PF total amount ?
3. do I have to send them PF withdrawl form without written (stay blank),Received sum of Rs.,Cheque No. and Date of advance stamped receipt.

You ask form 3-A from your previous employer and fill the last deposit amount in form no.19
