Hi,
PF due date is 15th of month plus grace period 5 days i.e 20th of next month.
In case company company is making payment on 20th of next month by Cheque then in that case it is as per due date or cheque clearing days to be excluded?

if payment made within 20th then it is considered as payment made within due date.

Agreed. If the clearing day of the cheque is after 20th then it is not considered as payment by due date.
