The minimum fair wages for unskilled are Rs. 150 per day.
That is Rs. 3900.00 p.m.
We bifurcate them as:
Basic 1800+DA540+HRA660+Other allownaces 900
We keep Basic+DA @ 60% and pay PF on that.
Is it correct?
Or PF must be paid on minimum fair wages. Any ruling on this?

This is O K in totality minimum wages to be paid but PF is only applicable on basic +DA.
