Period of articleship and industrial training

24 April 2014 I had served articleship for two years and 9 days (I.e., from 11th April 2012 to 19th April 2014). I had jus taken 68 days leave out of 104 eligible days of leave. Now my proposed industrial Training period is for exact 12 months (I.e., from 1st may 2014 to 1st may 2015) So my total training period comes to 3 year and 9 days. Can I get trained for morethan 3 years? or shall I jus take my industrial training for 11 months and 21 says?

24 April 2014 your articleship should be registered only for the remaining period that is 11 months and 21 days.

But, I have signed a agreement with the Industrial Trainer company for exact 12 months, and still I haven't get signed in Form 104 from him.

Can I mention 11 months 21 days in Form 104 and serve Industrial Training for 12 months as agreed?

Or should I have to revise the Agreement for 11 months 21 days?

24 April 2014 that doesn't matter..you may continue with the company for additional 9 days but for ICAI purpose put on the remaining period in form 104
