I required your help on calculation of perquisite value on motor car for the below two cases

1. If the Car is owned by Employer & expenses like Petrol & Driver is provided by Employer
2. If the Car is owned by Employee & expenses like Petrol & Driver is provided by Employer

Please explain me the above two case with a good example

Will really appreciate for your quick response
