18 December 2009 Whether penalty u/s 271B is neccessary to be imposed for not filing the audit report in form 3CD if there is reasonable cause?
Reaxonable cause - due to family partition delay in filing the audit report in form 3CD.

Give me case referance lated to similiar reason/other reason.

18 December 2009 If there is reasonable cause,which the assessee has to prove, for the delay penalty will not be imposed. Refer section 273B.
