ITO has imposed me penalty u/s 221(1).
Is there any way out from this situation,have any case law in this regards.

Order can be appealed. If you can prove that the default was for" good and sufficient reasons", CIT (appeals) will waive the penalty.

Dear Sir,
ITO has demand interest on late payment, and the has been paid.Delay period was very little.You have said that I can appeal if I have " Good & Sufficient reasons " in this case.Please let me explain in details ....
