Sir I am a PCC studentnow converted to Ipcc , 1 most imp. thing i get registerd for Last PCC nov'13 exam but i dnt Appear any exams . so sir i get converted in 18.12.2012 . to IPCC and sir i have already completed 3 and 1/2 yrs Articleship in PCC & 100 hrs ITT training . But when i get conversion Letter they said that i hv to do 100 hrs IT training again & Orientation Training & after completing these i get eligible for exam in Nov'13 (after completion of 9 month training). But since i completed ITT training already do i need to do it again , and since i comepleted 3&1/2 yrs articleship in PCC then why i hv to do 9 month training in IPCC to get eligible in IPCC exam , and finally for Orientation programme i heard that PCC converted students do not require to undergo under this training. So. sir my question is that 1. " May i get eligible for May 2013 Exam " . 2. Or do i need to do Orientation & 100 hrs IT training & 9 months traiing to get eligible for IPCC exam... Plzz reply it soon sir....
Eligibility Requirement to appear in Intermediate (IPC) Examination after conversion:
Professional Competence Course (PCC) students would be eligible to appear in the Intermediate (IPC) Examination on fulfilling the following requirements: (a) Undergo 100 hours Information Technology Training (ITT), if not completed earlier; (b) Completion of nine months practical training (which include concurrent study course for a period of eight months) – students who are not fulfilling the above requirement (i.e. has served less than 9 months of articled training), shall be required to re-register for practical training and complete nine months so as to become eligible for appearing in the Intermediate (IPC) Examination; It is clarified that students who are converting from PCC to Intermediate (IPC) Course are required to undergo articled training for a period of three and half years (3½); (c) Orientation Course is exempted for PCC students converting to Intermediate (IPC) Course.
I will also suggest you to contact the executive of Institute to resolve the matter.
