14 December 2007 g m sir, one of my frd has appeared in 10+2 exams in 2007 n he also appeared in cpt in may 2007 n he passed in cpt n he also got pass certificate also but un fortunelty he has failed in 10+2 after passing 10+2 in 2008 can he register for cpt in 2008? pls answer.

14 December 2007 He can register provisionally.
You are asking for PCC. The rule is that he has to register for PCC only if he is class XII pass.
At present he may register provisionally and then appear for Class XII and on passing he must submit the marksheet. This will save some of his time.
He will also have to start articelship and face Class XII exams which may disturb his studies. Think and decide.
