23 June 2011 as per my earlier question about the nonreceipt of PCC certificate for my wife,I would like to inform you that she has converted from PE II to PCC but Articleship has not yet started.Is this is a reason for non receipt of PCC certificate as she has cleared in November 2010 exam. would i like to get an answer and remedy on this

23 June 2011 your article-ship status cannot be a possible reason to non-receipt of certificate,
in-spite of speculating the reason, better to check with region Council

24 June 2011 Once your wife has cleared PCC examination she should get the passing Certificate. Kindly write a letter to the ICAI about non receipt of Certificate. Generally it takes time to issue certificate but not a year or two.

Write to the ICAI giving the registration number and by enclosing the mark sheet that she has cleared and passed PCC so the certificate should be sent to her. I think you will receive the same very soon once the information is received by the ICAI.

24 June 2011 As per your suggestion,Can she write a letter to ICAI HO, or Our Regional office Chennai.

Please clarify it from whom the certificate is issuing.is it Delhi or RO office ?where we should apply?

24 June 2011 Send letter to The Secretary, Regional Office. Mark a copy to Director of Examination Noida and To the President of ICAI, New Delhi Office. The certificate shall be received from Delhi only as Regional Council does not have the power to send the Certificate.
