Payment of TDS u/s 195

Hi,
I have made a provision as on 31/03/09 for the Royalty payable to our parent co. i also have deducted the TDS on that, can you please tell me when should i deposit this TDS in bank, do i need to deposit it before 7th april or i have time till 30th sept.

IF U HAVE MADE ONLY PROVISION AND NOT PAID THAN U CAN DEPOSIT TAX UPTO 31ST MAY. PROVIDED IT IS NOT PAID BEFORE 31ST OF MAY ALSO.
