As per reverse charge I am a Service Recipient, so I have to deposit the % of service tax. Now in which head I shall deposit the said tax amount?

The accounting codes for various services have been reinstated for the purpose of registration and payment of service tax.
Accordingly, service tax under reverse charge will be deposited in the code for the respective services.
