Payment of service tax of landlord on our s. t registration no.

12 July 2015 I am working in a bank and have deposited service tax of the landlord who is an individual on our banks service tax registration no. for Q1 2014-15 when he has his own S.t registration no. How can this be rectified.As per me there will be no penalty on landlord as he is an individual and we have deposited s. t on 5th .Kindly guide for the same.

12 July 2015 No rectification possible apply for refund or adjust the amount in next payment. Land lord has to remit the service tax in his registration.

12 July 2015 one thing more we cannot adjust the amount as our service tax liability is very small. in how much time we will get refund.moreover landlord has to remit the service tax in his own registration. which amount he will remit.It looks that he has to give this out of his own pocket.please guide in detail

12 July 2015 It will take some time to get refund. The land lord has to remit the full service tax with interest and file half yearly return.

25 July 2015 Madam,
is service tax leviable on any amount releated to man power supply.or is there any slab.e.g if i am a service reciever and have input cost related ti man power supply of Rs 6000 pm is service tax leviable.
2: on banking and financial services is cenvat available at 50 % on input services or some other rate.
3: can cenvat be taken on a bill (invoice ) of year 2008 up to 2014 as cenvat was available for unlimited period up to sep 2014.
