x Ltd. pay Rs 20 lacs p.a, as a salary to its Managing Director. the above amount of salary attract Service Tax under reverse charge mechanism payment of Director Remuneration......... or not?????

salary wont attract service tax. only fees for attending board meeting will attract service tax.
