Dear
I have two queries on Gratuity act
1. Is gratuity payable to each employee of employers in preview of gratuity act, irrespective of their salary ? like their are limits in ESI.
2. Can some one give more details on Section 4(A): compulsory insurance ?
It would be helpful if some one answer these queries.

1. Yes if the employee's service length is more than 5 Years. (Last Salary x 26 x 15 / years of service)
