PAYMENT OF CAPITAL GAIN TAX

I am planning to sell my residential flat in Dec 2010 and would be earning LTCG.Could you please advice that the LTCG tax is to be paid latest by 31 Jul 2011 or earlier.If earlier than by when.

If you are liable to pay advance tax. then capital gain tax should be paid within that respective quarter.In other case 31/7/11.
