i have no any bank account, i have made payment above Rs.20000 whether deduction should be allowed or not?? wheter i live in urban area or rural area its affeted my following case.

in this case if there is banking facility available in your local area then sec 40A(3) will be made applicable else u can take shelter of Rule 6DD.
