31 March 2014 our Firm Yearly turnover 800000 our firm registered in service tax and our all bill including service tax so i will pay service tax and not pay our liability 75000.

01 April 2014 well then you are not supposed to charge service tax. but if you do, then pay it govt or refund it to the payer. you have no right to hold in your account
