dear sir
some assessee wnat filled return with me but they have not password and also aknlodgement number of previous returned filled with someone other, its happen because they are not satisfied of his services. now how I recover the password?
any Idea? replies me its very important thanks..............

You try to get password from the previous return filed person. Or ask him provide previously filed income tax returns acknowledgments(this request should be by the assessee). If he doesn't provided then you may try it to get dummy password by e-mailing to ask@incometaxindia.gov.in with details of pan like Name,fathers name, date of birth and address as per department records(i.e address provided at the time of apply to pan).

said that the other practitioner did not give any ak. no to the assessee and He do not want to give password also, I think its
wrong behaviour with the assessee. can I send an email to validate@incometaxindia.gov.in or administrator@incometaxindia.gov.in to recover the password with pan no,father name,address, mobileno etc? replies me thanks.

I don't know regarding such emails. I send email for requesting to re-set password to ask@incometaxindia.gov.in for 2 of my cases and got it so i suggest you that.
And one more thing the assessee has write to compliant against such previous practitioner to ICAI as well as the previous practitioner has only right to keep such acknowledgments and password if the assessee has any fee pending dues. However i need not to say this to you because of you have an idea regarding that.
