23 July 2012 i have a partnerhsip firm, and last financial year 2011-12 their is sales around 15 laks.

my question is that, shall we both partner has to obtain digital signature to file income tax reutrn or what?

can we filing firm i.t. return without digital signature ? please urgent

23 July 2012 The Return can be filled with the Digital Signature of one of the Partner. If your books of accounts are not subject to Audit u/s 44AB the return can be filled without digital signature.
