I wish to know whether there is any rule for naming of partnership firm????
Please suggest how to decide/check whether desired name is available or not for a partnership firm?

As we know that there is no ristriction to keep the name for partnership or proprietor
what ever you need the name you can choose your own.
only the name ending should be ENTERPRISES,SOLUTIONS,INC, TRADING,TRADING COMPANY,AND CO ETC.
