In case of a partnership firm, who is going to constitute on coming 01-04-2012, and firm shall have is office on a tenented property. Please advise me, that which deed is reqire to draft first between the rent deed of office premises and partnership deed.

29 March 2012 First draft the partnership deed becuase the partnership deed is evidence of existence of the partnership.

Therafter draft the rent agreement.

29 March 2012 Whether the rent agreement can be drafted on 02-04-2012 dated stamp paper.
and one more thing, that the in whose name stamp paper of rent agreement should be purchase among the follownig - land lord or in firm's name or in the name of any partner?
