Respected Experts,
If a partnership firm admited a new partner then psr is also changed - therefore is there any provision presently available in income tax to intimate the present changed situation to the Income tax department.

Yes. but since returns are annexureless no information to be provided. only details asked in returns needs to be given.

Yes, as per sect. 184(2)certified copy was required to accompany return.
But rule 12(2)provides that the return of income shall not be accompanied by any document,.....under any of the provision of Act.
