Partnership deed on plain paper - valid ??

i made partnership deed of our client on normal a4 size white paper. after i did franking of Rs.500/-.

is partnership deed valid ?

07 April 2012 The Deed shall not be registered if it is not executed on the valid stamp paper.
The said letter can not be used in the courts of law.No action can be taken by the partners in the court and the same shall be unregistered deed.

In case of dispute between partners, Agreement on plain paper wont be admissible in the court of law.
