hello everyone,
i made partnership deed of our client on normal a4 size white paper. after i did franking of Rs.500/-.
is partnership deed valid ?

The Deed shall not be registered if it is not executed on the valid stamp paper.
The said letter can not be used in the courts of law.No action can be taken by the partners in the court and the same shall be unregistered deed.

Advisable to execute the deed on valid stamp paper.
In case of dispute between partners, Agreement on plain paper wont be admissible in the court of law.

The minimum stamp paper of Rs. 500/- is required on partnership deed upto the partners capital of Rs. 50000/- . It varies according to the capital, and it varies from state.for Ex; in karnataka it is 1000/-
