22 March 2010 original deed date was 01-4-1999 if changes made in the deed on 01-04-2007 and a new deed executed betrween the same partners with modification in profit sharing ratio.

Which date should be mentione in ITR-5 at Date of partnership DEED ??

23 March 2010 The change in 2007 is only a change in the constitution of the firm and the firm was in existence from its beginning. The date should be 1-4-99.
