09 February 2008 As per Indian Stamp Act & its ammendments as on this date with due best of my knowledge. when a partnership deed is going to be created then you have to purchase for the value of Rs.500/-stamp papers or the written deed can be franklined at the concerned sub-registrar offices where the addressee comes under such jurisdiction.That's all.

11 February 2008 you will read indian stam duty tax book
in my opinion stamp duty is applicable as per partners introduction of capital

11 February 2008 its not depend on the partners capital. as per the Indian stamp act partnership deed or dissolution deed or addmission or retirement deed must be on Rs. 500/- non judicial stamp paper.
