plz tell me about the panulty charges of late returns of exise & service tax

For Service Tax:-
Rs.500/- per day for delay upto 15 days
Rs.1000/- per day for delay beyond 15 days upto 30 days
From 31st Days Rs.1000/- + Rs.100/- per day upto Rs.20000 maximum
Rs.500/- per day for delay upto 15 days
Rs.1000/- per day for delay beyond 15 days upto 30 days
From 31st Days Rs.1000/- + Rs.100/- per day upto Rs.20000 maximum
