still you can link your pan and aadhar by paying linking fee.

03 August 2024 true, but, as a deductor- 2d quarter of 2023-2024, there are certain PAN holders who have not done PAN-Aadhrar Link and they have not done even before 31-05-2024, now I have to pay @20% where in I can not collect from the deductee as already I have paid the full consideration holding TDS @1% as the payments falls under 194C- individuals.
