Pan details of landlord

18 March 2014 Sir,

I Joined in a new company in October 2013. I am staying in a rented home and paying
Rs. 10000 per month

My Annual rent total(Oct to March 14) in this FY 2013-14 is Rs.60000

My query is Should I submit PAN details of Landlord for getting tax benefit from HRA...?
Please Reply....Its urgent for me

18 March 2014 If the rent paid during the year is less than Rs 1 lakh, then pan details of landlord are not required

15 July 2014 Sir,

I have a housing loan. But I am staying in rented house there. The distance between both the houses is more that 30km.
So my query is Should I declare HRA and along with Interest on Housing Loan and repayment as Investment proof for getting Tax benefits. Please clarify me on this.

Kindly solve my query regarding PF Contribution.......

Is the company contribution for Provident fund is over and above the deduction made from Employee's PF Deduction....?
