01 January 2015 is pan card can be make from back date ? i want to fill returns of a.y 12-13 and 13-14 nd don't have pan card... or no problm if i fill returns with current date pan cards ?

02 January 2015 date of pan card is not at all important, the most imp is that you must have a valid pan card while you file itr of any year.

So for ay 12-13 you cannot file itr now as the time limit was 31.3.2014 as per se 139(4).

for ay 13-14 it is 31.3.2015 as per sec 139(4)
