In case of a partnership firm, while appling for pan in amended form 49a (wherein 2 photos are to affix), what should fill in clause no.16 as below -
I/we....................., the applicant, in capacity of ...........do hereby declare the what is stated above is true.

In above given blank space, what should I fill between firm name and partner name (who is signing the form) and what is to fill in space next to capacity .........
Please advise.
